Participants are invited to submit abstracts to one of the thematic symposia. Abstracts selected for oral communication will be presented as a 5 min pitch. Poster communications will be presented online in the event website and will be discussed in a session dedicated to poster discussion.
1. Abstracts & Registration
Register and/or submit your work using this form. Please note that you need a google account to submit.
Only abstracts in English and submitted with this template to microsummit2024@gmail.com will be considered.
Deadline for Abstract submission: October 27
Deadline for Registration: November 8
3. Oral & Posters
Submission reception will be confirmed by email to the address provided in the registration. Posters will be displayed in the MicroSummit 2024 website and will have a dedicated discussion period.
2. Payment
The registration fee includes: access to the participants-only area of the website, lunch and coffee-breaks.
Payment should be done by bank transfer to SPM (Sociedade Portuguesa de Microbiologia) to IBAN: PT50 0035 0824 00010767930 11 (Caixa Geral de Depósitos). Proof of transfer must be sent to tesoureiro.spm@gmail.com, together with the proof of registration sent to the participant by email. For those that need invoices/receipts, please send your data (name and VAT).
Registration fees:
- SPM members: 40 €
- Other participants: 50 €
